The role of our Clerk of Works on site is as follows:

Examine contract documents and review specifications and correlation with architectural and engineering drawings.

Identify and propose solutions to defects noted at time of inspection and create a weekly project report template capturing all issues including photographic records. When required asses access issues for occupants with mobility issues and propose solutions.

Attend pre construction meetings and contribute buildability experience when appropriate. Our team also monitor compliance with current H+S requirements and report on programme progress, resource levels and staff numbers.

Produce reports fully supported with photographic evidence of progress and issues noted following every visit.
